Our client, operating in the E-commerce & Retail industry, presented us with the challenge of automating and streamlining their product listing updates. Their existing process was manual, error-prone, and time-consuming, leading to outdated or incorrect product information on their e-commerce platform. The client's primary concern was to modernize this process while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in their vast and constantly changing product catalog.
